Samsung Hosts Live Stream Video Channel For Consumers to 'Keep It Simple'
January 20, 2010

Simplicity is important.  Simplicity lasts. Simplicity is necessary in order to properly convey any idea.  As such, Samsung Electronics’ Customer Satisfaction Division announced the launch of its Samsung Product Support TV (SPSTV) initiative -- an Internet-based, live streaming television “channel” produced and hosted by Samsung (and their team of enthusiastic product experts) that will feature a lineup of live shows, how-to videos, and interactive chat sessions that will offer customers a way to improve their understanding of their Samsung products.  The initial pilot episodes titled, “Keep it Simple” is a live show covering topics from Samsung Digital Televisions to Samsung Mobile Phones. In addition, it offers viewers a chance to ask questions through a real-time chat session, which the hosts answer toward the end of the show.

SPSTV officially launched on January 7, 2010, broadcasting from the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, NV.   Viewers can currently tune in to SPSTV at http://www.samsung.com/spstv to view pilot episodes of “Keep it Simple” as well as their library of how-to videos.
